Our $5.99 Shipping Rate is a flat-fee - meaning you will
only be charged $5.99 for all applicable items within your
order no matter how many items you order. We've taken the
mystery out of internet purchasing! For all orders shipping
to the 48 contiguous continental United States* (including
U.S. Military addresses) standard shipping is always $5.99,
no matter how large or heavy your order is! Add as many
items to your order as you like - shipping will still be

| What do I do if an item is received damaged? |
| Lowerpriceusa.com does not hold any responsibility for any
lost of shipment due to shipping carriers mistakes. In addition,
however, Lowerpriceusa.com will issue a second shipment
under special condition after 15 days after UPS claim package
lost. Under any CIRCUMSTANCES, Lowerpriceusa.com¡¯s liability
limits to assist package locating, and to provide second
shipment upon condition approval. |

| Do you deliver to APO or FPO addresses? |
| Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO addresses. Once order has been
shipped, please allow five to ten working days to deliver.
However, we cannot control delivery time. Some APO/FPO orders
may require 6-8 weeks of lead time.

| Can you re-ship my order if the package did not
arrive at my address? |
| If customer gave the incorrect shipping address, we will
charge the shipping fee for re-send. If we typed the wrong
address, we will re-ship the order without any additional
fee. |

| When will I receive my package if I place an order today? |
| Your order will ship once we process your order and as soon
as we confirm your billing information, which takes 1 to
2 business days. Most items are delivered within (4-7) business
days.

| Can you ship out by my FedEx or UPS account? |
| Sorry, we DO NOT accept a customer's own shipping method(Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order. |

will be sent to you automatically via our system. Alternatively,

address if the shipping address is incorrect? |

| My UPS tracking number is not working. What should
I do? |
| Sometimes the warehouse draws extra UPS numbers that do
not get used when they discover that the items can be packaged
together safely. This results in "dummy numbers". Other
times, a package gets separated from its order and does
not get scanned by UPS away. Or we might have shipped using
USPS (United States Postal Service). Either way, give it
a day or two to see if all the items on your order arrive.
If you have not received your order in the time given by
UPS, please call us immediately so that we may initiate
a tracer for the package(s) |
