What can I do if my credit card is declined? |

A credit card can decline due to invalid credit card number,
exp date, daily limit, insufficient credit, or other reasons.
Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Please
check online to be sure the number has been input correctly
or please contact your credit card company for more info. |

I did not receive an order confirmation. Was my order submitted successfully? |

If you did not receive a confirmation on the order however
successfully clicked the last submit button, most likely
our server received your order but communication back to
your PC was interrupted. Please DO NOT re-place the order
on-line. If you do, you may end up with duplicate orders
and both being charged since we use an automatic computer
system. Call our customer service at 626-549-1358 to make
sure your order was received to be safe. |

how will I be advised of the order's progress? |

Lowerpriceusa will make every effort possible, to keep you
informed of your order(s) via e-mail. Your tracking number
will be emailed to you once the item(s) has shipped. You
may also check your order status by logging into your account
for updates. If no tracking is available, please call customer
service at 626-549-1358 for further assistance. |

Can I add, change or remove items from my order
after it has been submitted? |

No. Once an order is submitted it cannot be amended or edited.
You will need to contact us, by calling Lowerpricusa.com
customer service at 626-549-1358 so that we can cancel the
order. Any amendments will have to be in the form a new
order on our website. |

Approximately how long does it generally take to
process an order? |

All orders placed with Free, or UPS Ground shipping will
be processed and shipped within 24 hours from time of purchase.
Orders placed with Next day air, 2nd day air, or 3 day select
must be submitted by 2pm PST for same day shipping (shipping
times excludes weekends, and holidays). |

Can cancelled orders be reactivated? |

No. Cancelled orders must be re-placed in the form of a

What happens if/when an item is backordered? |

If an item is found to be backordered or out of stock after
the order is placed, then you will be emailed with an estimated
time of arrival for that item. Based on the information
provided to you, you may then decide whether or not to remove
the item from the order and the remaining items shipped. |

What should I do if an item is missing from my order? |

Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received.
Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing
material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s),
call customer service immediately at 626-549-1358 and a
representative will be more than happy to assist you. |

Why are my orders being canceled? |

No Responsibility To Sell Mispriced Products Or Services.
Although LowerPriceUSA.com makes every effort to ensure
the accuracy of prices, products, and pictures listed on
its site, lowerpriceusa.com shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services
listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing
any other incorrect information or typographical errors.
LowerPriceUSA.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed
and your credit card charged or your Paypal payment has
been received. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase or your Paypal payment has already been
sent, and your order is canceled, LowerPriceUSA.com shall
immediately issue a credit to your credit card, or Paypal
account in the amount of the charge. |

I am concerned that I may have inadvertently placed
a duplicate order. What should I do now? |

Call LowerPriceUSA.com customer service at 626-549-1358.
We will void the order for you as long as it has not invoiced
and/or shipped. If duplicate orders have been shipped, obtain
all the tracking numbers for the order you do not want and
call 1-800-PICK-UPS to refuse those boxes. You will be refunded
when those boxes are returned to LowerPriceUSA.com. If your
order was shipped via US Mail, DO NOT open the package(s)
simply take them to your local post office, and request
for them to be returned to sender at no additional charge.
Opened package(s) cannot be refused by the post office.
You will then have to follow our return procedure, and you
will also be responsible for all postage fees for the return. |

My order was cancelled while my credit card had
an authorization hold. When will I get a refund? |

After you place the order, the amount has been authorized
by Yahoo! If your order had been cancelled, the amount will
be released to you account within one week. |

What is my credit card ID or CVV2 Code? |

On the back of your credit card, last 3 digits for Visa,
Master, and Discover. For American Express, it is the 4
digits number above your credit card number on the front
side. |

What might be wrong? |

the following reasons:

4. The item you are trying to purchase is sold out, or there is a lesser quantity than you wish to purchase.
